The Development Office and the Office of Information Technology are hard at work on the implementation of Colleague Advancement. One of the critical processes this implementation entails is the transfer of data from the legacy software system to Colleague Advancement. Users cannot interact with Colleague during data transfer. In an effort to minimize the impact upon the user community, the data transfers will be conducted on weekends. Because there is so much data that must be processed, the transfers will be conducted over multiple weekends. The tentative schedule appears below. Colleague (Datatel) will be completely unavailable during these intervals. ScotWeb and Wintegrate will also be unavailable. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. from noon on Friday, June 29 until 8:00 a.m. Monday, July 2
from noon on Friday, July 13 until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 16
from 5:00 on Friday, July 20 until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 23
